## Description

Are you looking to become a team leader in a warehouse? As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of motivated delivery drivers and ensuring that customers receive their orders with excellent service.

Your main goals will be to motivate your team, ensure smooth operations, and work towards solutions with a focus on overarching objectives. You will be the first point of contact for your team and take responsibility for your own team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular employee reviews, including development and feedback discussions, as well as occasional warning and termination discussions.

- Lead your own team of 10-12 drivers, supporting and developing them in their daily tasks.

- Organize the distribution of employees among delivery vans and routes.

- Ensure that operational processes run smoothly.

- Collaborate with other team leaders and the warehouse manager to develop ideas for continuous process improvement, using key performance indicators to inform your decisions.

- Play a key role in selecting new team members.

Requirements:

- Completed vocational training, degree, or relevant professional experience

- Experience in conducting employee reviews on topics such as performance evaluation, termination, and development

- Goal-oriented work and leadership based on KPIs and process analysis

- Fluent in German and English

- Ability to inspire and motivate people with clear and distinct communication
