## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Clacton Brook Park. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to driving sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a high-energy team

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Working hours:

- Wednesday: 12:00-16:00

- Thursday: 12:00-16:00

- Friday: 12:00-16:00

- Saturday: 12:00-16:00
