## Description

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations, RevOps team at Pleo. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will help build the operational infrastructure needed to support our upmarket expansion into Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

Responsibilities:

- Build and refine marketing operational frameworks, including campaign workflows, request intake, approval processes, and team governance.

- Own account intelligence and reporting cadence, designing account scoring models and maintaining executive dashboards.

- Drive AI adoption across Marketing Ops, translating AI capabilities into operational reality.

- Ensure tooling health and systems ownership, managing HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations.

- Enable team capabilities and documentation habits, upskilling Marketing and Marketing Ops teammates.

Requirements:

- HubSpot fluency, with experience designing workflows, routing logic, and automation.

- Account Operations mindset, with a track record of building ABM operational processes and AI/automation adoption.

- Sales Ops partnership, with ability to collaborate seamlessly on account strategy and territory strategy.

- Data & Documentation habits, with excellent habits in building auditable specs and validating data quality.

- Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling, lifecycle marketing operations, and ABM platforms/account intelligence tools.
