## Description

Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support an enterprise IT program. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer who can hit the ground running with minimal spin-up time. The customer requires support specializing in software development to provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a ServiceNow platform used in the organization to track requests, tasks, and metrics.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Provide development support to enable mission by delivering products and services to collect, analyse, and manipulate data.

- Implement configuration and customization of the platform to address business needs, and assist in establishing governance and change management.

- Implement the full software development lifecycle to support custom workflows in the ServiceNow platform.

- Implement and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet mission requirements, administer the ServiceNow front-end, and provide O&M for the ServiceNow front-end.

- Define data tables and business logic in the ServiceNow platform.

- Manage migration of update sets to sub-prod and prod environments, troubleshoot production problems, and provide ServiceNow integration support with external systems and data sources.

- Provide development support to applications interfacing with the ServiceNow platform.

- Work with a team to develop and deploy custom workflows.

- Follow an agile software development methodology.

**Basic Qualifications**

- Active TS/SCI with poly.

- Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relatable experience OR Master's and at least 10 years of experience.

- Experience with JavaScript, web-based technologies (XML, HTML, CSS), relational databases, and ServiceNow modules.

- Demonstrated experience modifying ServiceNow tables, business rules, and scripting aspects.

- Administration duties in ServiceNow, troubleshooting problems, and providing integration and development support for external systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience using the Sponsor's ServiceNow Platform.

- Developing custom workflows in ServiceNow.

- Certification as a ServiceNow Developer.

The pay range for this job is $131,300.00 - $237,350.00.
