## Description

As an English Customer Care Specialist at TaskUs, you will provide world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient, and respectful manner on every call. **Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical-based customer assistance through chat and email

- Deal with challenges faced in a customer-focused role

- Act as a key participant within the internal team and wider company, taking part in department initiatives and providing feedback/updates

- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Prioritize the customer's interest and satisfaction

- Be social media savvy and able to communicate effectively verbally and in written format

**Role Requirements:**

- English (B2/C1) speaking and writing

- Great communication skills, written and oral

- Ability to work independently and as a remote team player

- Adaptable and flexible, with ability to work with process and information changes

- Willing to participate in a background screening

- Proven customer communication experience (email & chat)

- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet and software applications

- Willing to learn new skills in a brand-new industry within the market
