As a Clinical Research Nurse at ICON, you will play a critical role in the execution of clinical trials, providing direct patient care while ensuring the safety and well-being of research participants.

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical research nursing care while supporting study protocols and participant safety during overnight operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Administer investigational products according to study protocols and physician orders.

- Monitor research participants during dosing procedures and throughout study participation.

- Identify, assess, document, and report adverse events and other safety findings in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

- Perform clinical assessments, vital signs collection, sample collection, and other protocol-required procedures.

- Collaborate with physicians, research staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure protocol compliance and participant safety.

- Accurately document study activities and maintain research records in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

- Educate and support study participants throughout their clinical trial experience.

- Support overnight clinical operations while maintaining a high standard of patient care and data quality.

**Your Profile**

You will bring relevant nursing and clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills:

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field.

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

- Clinical research experience or experience working in a regulated healthcare environment preferred.

- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

- Experience administering medications and assessing patient responses.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and respond to adverse events.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical research setting.

- Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts.
