## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to join our Joules Head Office team in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a key role in delivering seasonal range frameworks using sales and profit analysis to predict the next big opportunity for our brand.

Responsibilities:

- Plan with Purpose: Deliver seasonal range frameworks using sales and profit analysis

- Trading: React with speed and precision to shifting consumer demands

- Master the Range: Adjust as the season progresses to hit financial plans

- Navigate the Numbers: Take charge of department plans and ensure accuracy across every system and data point

- Build Relationships: Work hand in hand with suppliers and internal teams

- Influence the Future: Present plans to key decision makers

Requirements:

- Degree in a related field or experience in a similar Assistant Merchandiser role

- Analytical skills and experience with Excel or Google Sheets

- Fearlessly creative, adaptable, and ready to embrace change

- Keen eye for detail and deep appreciation for the Joules heritage
