## Description

We are seeking highly motivated and talented Referendare (m/w/d) to join our Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team in Munich.

As a Referendar, you will work closely with our team of experienced lawyers to support leading companies and financial institutions in all significant disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and investigations.

Our Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team provides tailored advice to clients, combining expertise from various practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Selected areas of focus for our Munich office include:

- Internal Investigations and advice on economic criminal law and compliance

- Commercial Litigation with a focus on banking and capital market disputes

In addition to daily case work, we offer a structured program for our Referendare, called 'Colleagues of Tomorrow', which includes workshops, networking events, and courses to help you develop your skills.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Excellent academic performance

- Strong understanding of economic principles

- Very good English language skills

- Personality, teamwork, and motivation
