## Description

Join WSP's Structural BIM team in Perth, Western Australia, and play a critical role in facilitating and managing the production of design documentation and Building Information Models (BIM) for structural projects.

The successful candidate will participate in and lead Revit modelling of building structures to WSP's required standards, produce clear and accurate documentation, and facilitate designer interaction with BIM models.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading Revit modelling of building structures

- Producing clear, accurate, and coordinated documentation

- Facilitating designer interaction with BIM models

- Identifying clashes early and streamlining information flow

- Supporting digital upskilling of the team

- Improving efficiency in design delivery through robust model management

- Coordinating project requirements and allocating modelling resources

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Building Design, Drafting, Discipline Engineering, or equivalent

- BIM experience in Australia, ideally across Defence, Aviation, or Health industries

- Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence security clearance

- Demonstrated experience delivering on large or multidisciplinary projects

- Knowledge and experience in modelling building structures

- Strong proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, or ACC

- Solid understanding of BIM processes and standards (e.g., ISO 19650)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
