## Description

This is a chance to join the Porsche team at the Porsche Approved & Service Centre Waiblingen. The centre sells Porsche, one of the world's most successful sports car brands. The goal is to continue this success and provide optimal customer care.

As a Service Assistant Porsche, you will:

- Personally greet customers in the Porsche centre and direct them to the relevant colleagues in the specialist departments

- Carry out needs-based planning of service appointments and customer mobility

- Prepare appointments and coordinate with the parts service

- Look after waiting customers

- Create service invoices

- Manage the appointment capacity planner

- Check vehicle documents before collection

- Conduct satisfaction telephone calls after the vehicle has been returned

- Maintain customer data in the uniform customer database C@P

Requirements:

- Completed commercial vocational training

- Experience in the service/operations office or as a service assistant in the automotive trade is beneficial

- Pronounced customer and service orientation even with high workload

- Independent working style

- Outstanding service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction are the guidelines for your daily work
