## Description

HSBC México is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team and ensure the branch delivers an excellent customer experience and business results, adhering to HSBC's culture, operational model, regulations, and risk controls.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a multidisciplinary team and provide excellent customer service

- Ensure compliance with operational model, regulations, and risk controls

- Manage branch operations, including cash, vault, reconciliations, and processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

- Conversational English (desirable)

- AMIB 1.5 (desirable)

- Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience

- Experience leading teams in a retail banking or financial services branch (ideally 3-6+ years)

Knowledge:

- Retail products: accounts, payroll, cards, personal credit, investments, and insurance

- KYC/AML practices, fraud prevention, data protection, and branch controls

- Operational management: cash, vault, reconciliations, and processes
