## Description

You will join a global team of experts revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era.

Your Impact:

- You will act as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for customers, driving business development and ensuring operational and service delivery excellence.

- You will lead strategic engagements and periodical business reviews to communicate KPIs and deliver actionable insights to customer leadership.

- You will leverage analytics and AI tools to anticipate customer needs, deliver innovative solutions, and streamline workflows for measurable business results.

- You will provide technical leadership within the team and across the technology domain, serving as a thought leader in software engineering and integration.

- You will coordinate across internal Cisco business units, including DevOps, service delivery, and product management, to ensure seamless operational alignment.

- You will visit and work onsite at customer sites in Dubai as needed to build relationships and provide immediate, hands-on support for strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 6+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, or engineering within a high-tech, B2B environment.

- Demonstrated proficiency using case management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce and Jira.

- Proven technical expertise in LTE/5G networks, telecom protocols, and IoT solutions, supported by troubleshooting skills in Wireshark, Splunk, or SQL.

- Native proficiency in Arabic and professional fluency in English to support local stakeholder engagements.

- Experience with analytics, cloud/SaaS solutions, and a documented commitment to AI adoption and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite or high-level IT leadership.

- Proven track record of co-developing innovative solutions that directly impact business KPIs.

- Demonstrated success in identifying new use cases and driving solution adoption within complex enterprise environments.

- Experience facilitating cross-team communication and mentoring peers to foster a collaborative culture.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business recommendations.
