## Description

We are seeking a BIM Technician to join our team in Pasig City, National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines.

As a BIM Technician, you will play a crucial role in managing small, medium, and large-scale BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Sanitary (Hydraulic) services using Revit MEP and CAD. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing BIM models, agreeing on drawing strategy, type, and size of drawings, and drawing numbering with the project engineer

- Assisting the CAD/BIM Manager or Lead BIM Coordinator in estimation, costing, and scheduling of CAD/BIM projects

- Setting up BIM models to project standards and liaising with Model Managers, Lead BIM Coordinator, and team members

- Creating work sets and work-sharing methodologies in Revit models

- Planning resources for projects and flagging resource concerns in advance

- Preparing plant room layouts, sections, details, and coordinated services drawings

- Providing input to the coordination of engineering services on projects

- Developing general arrangement drawings and details

- Discussing and agreeing on setting out and building services details with other team members

- Completing design sketches for information in tender documents

- Following and producing work per specified WSP CAD standards

- Providing advice and coaching to CAD/BIM staff on BIM/Revit functions

- Adopting new technologies and implementing best practices

- Complying with all role-specific SHEQ obligations

- Leading and advising on the mitigation of project delivery risk

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science

- Typically, 5+ years of experience

- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of projects

- High skills in applying company standards, BIM Protocol, and Process

- Highly competent in communicating with peers, Team Leaders, Manager, and Client

- Good leadership capability

- Highly competent in managing the scope of complex multiple large-scale projects
