## Description

You'll join Future's Audience organization, driving growth across high-profile brands in Technology, Games, and Lifestyle. As the creative leader for Future's global email portfolio, you'll develop distinctive email products and strengthen priority newsletter brands.

Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities for new newsletters and email-first brands

- Lead products from concept to launch and early optimization

- Strengthen priority newsletters by refining editorial structure and reader value proposition

- Establish commissioning principles and editorial rhythms

- Partner with technical and product leads to align technical capabilities with creative audience experiences

- Advise cross-functional brand teams across various verticals

Requirements:

- Professional background in editorial, email, or audience content strategy

- Experience developing digital audience products with direct reader relationships

- Creative judgment with a track record of turning audience insight into product concepts

- Experience taking email products from proposition to launch and ongoing iteration

- Skill in evaluating concepts and leveraging performance metrics to guide strategic decisions

- Experience partnering with designers, developers, journalists, and commercial stakeholders
