As a Coach Sales & Customer Experience at Coolblue, you will improve your colleagues through personalised coaching and increase customer experience and store results.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Providing individual coaching to help colleagues improve measurable results and associated skills

- Giving people insight into their professional development

- Having a commercial mindset and knowing how to elevate customer experience

- Objectively measuring and controlling the quality of customer contact at store, team, and individual levels

- Identifying areas for growth and determining which employees need coaching

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in coaching and personal development

- Ability to transmit commercial skills

- Excellent communication and conversation techniques

- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and French

- Ability to work during store opening hours, including weekends and evenings

- Self-motivated and able to multitask
