## Description

Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is seeking a Supply/Merchandising Intern to join their team in Paris, ON. As a Supply/Merchandising Intern, you will assist with processing new part setups, supplier ship direct reporting, and SAP past due follow-ups. You will also support parts supply-related matters, including order processing parameters, work instruction updates, and backorder reviews.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with processing new part setups and associated part attribute coding

- Assist with Supplier Ship Direct reporting and follow-up

- Assist with SAP Past Due follow-up and alerts as required for vacation coverage

- Assist in supporting all matters related to parts supply, including order processing parameters, work instruction updates, and backorder reviews

- Provide other administrative support and complete projects as required

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree (B.Comm, BBA, or MBA) in progress

- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

- Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mindset

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Bilingual in French and English

The expected hourly pay range for this position is:

- $22.25 - $30.12 for Undergraduate students

- $31.72 - $34.89 for Graduate students
