## Description

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Product Specialist for its Launch Program 2027 in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will build specialized expertise through hands-on experience, structured learning, and mentorship from industry leaders over an 18-month program.

As an Associate Product Specialist, Product Management, you will:

- Identify and measure product and business metrics to increase adoption and understand customers' ongoing needs

- Conduct iterative experiments to identify and prioritize key features for inclusion with product releases and product roadmap

- Assist customers to resolve operational issues that have been escalated

The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation date between March 2026 and August 2027, and available to start on 1st March or 1st September 2027. They will possess analytical and problem-solving skills, strong strategic and conceptual aptitude, and a high-energy, can-do attitude.
