## Description

We are looking for a Manager, FMCG Account Management to develop and manage strategic partnerships with FMCGs to achieve best-in-class quick commerce partnership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG and ECommerce industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving results through strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction in the development and implementation of Grab strategies that align with the FMCG partners' objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key FMCG partners, ensuring continuous alignment and collaboration.

- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate full-funnel solutions and enhance end-to-end service delivery.

- Establish clear objectives and key results for strategic partnerships. Track and report on the progress of KPIs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.

- Coach and mentor a team of account leads and account managers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Preferably at least 10-15 years of sales and/or account management experience in the FMCG and ECommerce industry.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong internal and external selling and negotiation skills.

- Showcases passion and leadership. Team player and self-motivated.

- Strong organizational & analytical skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
