## Description

We are seeking an experienced International Key Account Manager - Retail to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing international key accounts, developing global strategies, and supporting cross-functional projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day business relationships with international customers and Red Bull markets

- Negotiate and coordinate with international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances

- Champion a mindset of conditionality and profitability, inspiring business partners and internal stakeholders

- Continuously leverage customer and shopper data to turn insights into impactful actions

- Drive and deploy global channel and segment strategies together with market teams

- Support the top 25 Red Bull countries in their strategic planning processes

- Provide hands-on support to selected countries to optimize key account management

- Support cross-functional projects, such as Customer Profitability, Demand Planning, and Value Chain analysis

- Foster cross-departmental collaboration across HQ and regional teams

**Requirements:**

- 7+ years of key account management experience, ideally in FMCG

- Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated team player, proficient in CRM systems and MS Office, with an analytical, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset

- Fluency in English; any other language (e.g., German or French) would be an advantage
