## Description

Join WSP's team of experts in landfills and environmental science as a Senior Civil Engineer. You'll work on projects that combine technical rigor, innovation, regulatory compliance, and measurable environmental impact.

Your responsibilities:

- Participate in writing reports, analyses, and studies (feasibility, authorization requests, technical studies, decree requests)

- Design plans and specifications for confinement projects (landfills, water treatment basins, mining residue park restoration)

- Perform design calculations

- Manage projects during design and construction phases

- Supervise on-site work and quality assurance

- Establish and maintain client relationships

- Produce quantity takeoffs and prepare budget estimates

- Verify and produce tender documents, specifications, and technical documents

- Supervise assigned technicians and drafters

- Perform other related tasks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

- Over 10 years of relevant experience

- Experience in technical landfill management

- License from the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec

- Initiative and attention to detail

- Teamwork and excellent communication skills

- Experience in consulting engineering is an asset

Salary range:

- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000

- MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800

- NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
