## Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our Wealth Banking Insurance team in Mexico. As a key member of our organisation, you will contribute to developing commercial efforts to promote high-value insurance products to our clients.

**Job Purpose:** Your main objective will be to ensure the growth of our insurance business in the Affluent and Executive segments, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will work closely with our bankers, insurance specialists, and other stakeholders to achieve sales goals and improve client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance sales and penetration in existing client relationships

- Collaborate with bankers to provide integrated financial solutions to clients

- Manage and support a team of insurance specialists to achieve sales targets

- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in complex life insurance and/or wealth management

- Strong knowledge of financial products and solutions

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

- Advanced English language skills

- University degree

- AMIB certification (desirable)
