## Description

The Airport Services Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, management, growth, and optimization of Mastercard's airport services portfolio across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product strategies and multi-year roadmaps for airport services products and solutions across North America

- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends to drive product innovation and growth

- Manage the ongoing performance of existing airport services offerings and recommend enhancements to improve value, adoption, and profitability

- Conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and investment priorities

- Lead opportunity assessments, concept validation, business case development, and financial modeling for new products and enhancements

- Establish and manage relationships with airport service providers, lounge operators, technology vendors, and strategic partners

- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Delivery teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies

- Establish product KPIs and monitor performance against business objectives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, or a related field

- 5-8 years of experience in product management, product development, business strategy, in financial services, travel, hospitality, or services fields

- Strong product management and product lifecycle management capabilities

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth

- Excellent business, financial, and market analysis skills

Preferred Experience:

- Managing travel-related benefits, premium experiences, or cardholder services programs

- Developing and executing lounges or on-site experiences in the airport services space

Success Measures:

- Growth in adoption and utilization of airport services products

- Achievement of revenue, profitability, and product performance targets

- Successful launch and enhancement of airport services offerings

- Strong partner relationships and service excellence
