Job Description: We are seeking an Event Operations and Signage Assistant to join our team for a 24-month internship. As an Event Operations and Signage Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of events, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of events, including signage, logistics, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event operations

- Design and implement signage and visual elements for events

- Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful event delivery

- Provide excellent customer service to attendees, teams, and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., event management, marketing, communications)

- 1-2 years of experience in event management or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

- Familiarity with event management software and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the motorsport industry

- Knowledge of French language and culture

- Certification in event management or a related field
