## Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Prudential. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across assigned agencies within a designated Agency Zone. Your primary objectives will be to increase APE, MDRT, recruitment, and active ratios through thorough KPI analysis and business execution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing constructive ideas to agency leaders and collaborating with business enablers

- Developing and implementing a professional agency management model

- Building a quality agency force through compliance monitoring and proactive identification of areas for improvement

- Enhancing people development through effective supervision and staff engagement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A university degree in any discipline

- At least 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales or sales management

- Exceptional understanding and experience with agency distribution

- Proven people and management skills

- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and work with diverse personalities and cultures
