## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Leamington Shopping Park. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

This is a part-time, Christmas-only role with flexible hours, including Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador, thriving in a fast-paced environment and making sure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
