## Description

You will be part of Tenable, the Exposure Management company, helping organisations understand and reduce cyber risk.

As a Services Architect, you will contribute to the technical direction, quality, and delivery of content across the Professional Services Portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Strategy & Portfolio Leadership: You will shape the Professional Services Portfolio by identifying gaps and opportunities, proposing and prioritising new offerings aligned with corporate strategy and product roadmaps.

- Offering Ownership: You will design, draft, and update consulting service offerings, enablement content, educational material, and technical presentations.

- Standards & Quality: You will maintain high technical, content, and lab quality standards across the portfolio.

- Roadmap Alignment: You will stay informed about Tenable product changes, evaluate requirements for offering updates, and plan portfolio updates.

- Advisory: You will advise the Senior Director, Services Portfolio, on offering strategy, resourcing, and delivery risk.

In terms of content development and delivery, you will:

- Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.

- Create collateral for new offerings and evaluate existing offerings and content for accuracy and relevance.

- Deliver pre-production training sessions to evaluate product suitability and gather early feedback.

- Create live demonstration recordings for the Tenable product suite.

- Perform content reviews with peers in Services, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Product Management.

Additionally, you will engage in strategic engagement and support activities, such as collaborating with Professional Services peers, engaging with customers and partners, providing solutions to difficult problems, and acting as an escalation point for Customer Care, Services, and Product escalations.

In terms of project, people, and process, you will:

- Independently manage assigned projects and provide delivery oversight of team members' projects.

- Mentor and develop Associate Services Architect colleagues.

- Remain up-to-date with educational learning frameworks, content development approaches, and technologies that may reduce cost or shorten development timelines.

The successful candidate will have:

- 5+ years of overall experience in Information Security.

- 1+ years of experience in vulnerability management and broader cybersecurity operations.

- 3+ years of professional services, technical support, or sales engineering experience.

- Proven experience designing and delivering technical curricula, training, and customer enablement programs.

- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and of TCP/IP networking.

- Working knowledge of web application security, container security, cloud environments, and ICS/SCADA systems.

- Familiarity with security assessment tools such as Nessus, Kali Linux, and Metasploit.

The base pay range for this position is $145,000-$193,666.67 USD.
