As a Small Format Team Member at Target, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service, greeting guests, and helping them find what they need

- Maintaining a clean and organised store environment, including stocking shelves and processing deliveries

- Operating a cash register, handling returns, and resolving customer complaints

- Working flexibly to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve store operations

- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

- Physical stamina to lift merchandise, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
