As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the main contact between our accommodation partners and Agoda, with the responsibility of nurturing the relationship with our key supply partners and driving mutual growth.

**The Opportunity** You will build and own long-term relationships with strategic and key accounts, comprised of top-producing hotel partners. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts

- Identifying and acquiring new sources of supply and product offerings

- Providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners

- Demonstrating a data-driven approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches

- Maintaining meaningful and high-frequency engagement with supply partners

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

- Bachelor's degree

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development and/or account management

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders

- Experience in internet/e-commerce preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Team player with a professional attitude and work ethic

- Proven success in acquiring, building, and maintaining long-term customer relationships

- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong proficiency in English and Cantonese
