## Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new customer revenue across France, managing the entire sales cycle in a defined territory. As one of the first Enterprise AEs on the ground for Qualified, you will have a direct influence on shaping the territorial strategy and sales playbooks. This role involves building and executing a comprehensive account/territory plan, driving sales growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation

- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities with large enterprises (>2500 employees)

- Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams

- Understand the competitive landscape and position Qualified strategically

Requirements:

- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on enterprise sales

- 2+ years of experience in the MarTech industry

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience with Salesforce and remote sales tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
