## Description

This Off-Cycle Internship programme offers 3-6 months of immersive experience in the Sales, Trading and Structuring division at Barclays in Frankfurt.

The programme involves participating in day-to-day activities, providing insights and expertise to senior colleagues, developing new products and services, and identifying new market opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

- Executing small research projects and preparing presentations and reports

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

- Participating in training and development programs

- Identifying opportunities and developing business cases for new products and services

- Managing client relationships and providing customer service support

- Developing and implementing financial models and strategies

- Training and mentoring junior colleagues

As an Off-Cycle Analyst, you will have the chance to:

- Research industries or products and report summary information to your team

- Monitor markets and help formulate trade ideas

- Perform various analyses on fundamental and technical data

- Attend client meetings or calls with traders, salespeople and research colleagues

Requirements:

- Penultimate or final year of degree in any discipline

- Fluent in English and German; desirable in French, Italian, Spanish

- Keen interest in business or finance with a curiosity to learn

- Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit

The internship starts with intensive training, followed by a structured programme that includes project-based work, allowing for in-depth exposure to projects and expanding overall knowledge and skill in this role.
