## Description

At Soho House, as a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms and suites.

With an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you will ensure each space meets the club's high standards, contributing to an exceptional member and guest experience.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and understands the importance of discretion in a luxury environment.

Key duties include:

- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards

- Replacing linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation

- Checking rooms for maintenance issues and reporting any faults or damages promptly

- Ensuring guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality

- Maintaining cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well-stocked condition

- Supporting laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required

- Following all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE

- Communicating guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor

- Assisting with turndown service or special requests when required

- Ensuring hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter-free
