## Description

At Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in driving successful outcomes for strategic customers as an Agentforce/Data Cloud Success Architect, leveraging technical expertise in data and analytics.

Responsibilities:

- Be a trusted Agentforce/Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organisation

- Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimisation strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Agentforce/Data Cloud

- Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or identify creative Architect solutions through customisation

- Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI

- Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to Agentforce/Data Cloud customers

- Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth

- Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years relevant industry experience

- Demonstrated success in implementing CDP/AI projects

- Ability to guide customers through complex AI/Data implementations

- Good understanding of data modelling, integration, and data governance best practices

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI

- Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently

- Professional-level fluency in English, both written and spoken
