## Description

We are seeking a BIM Technician - Electrical to join our Services Team in Noida, India. As a MEP Revit Modeller, you will produce BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings for various projects. You will report to the CAD/BIM Manager and work collaboratively with the project team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare electrical services modeling work

- Create MEP 3D Revit coordinated models

- Set up BIM models according to project standards and liaise with client-side Model Managers

- Implement best practices for process improvement

- Adopt new technologies and implement them within the team and process

- Create work sets and work-sharing methodologies in Revit Models

- Flag resource concerns in advance to the CAD/BIM manager

- Manage project delivery responsibilities and adhere to agreed-upon schedules

- Prepare plant room layouts, sections, details, and coordinated services drawings

- Agree on priorities and deadlines for drawing/model production with the CAD/BIM Manager

- Provide input to the coordination of engineering services on projects

- Develop general arrangement drawings from engineers' sketches and other design team member drawings and details

- Discuss and agree on setting out and building services details with other team members

- Complete design sketches for information in tender documents for small/routine work

- Produce work according to WSP in India CAD standards and suggest revisions as needed

- Use templates for CAD/BIM work and utilize CAD/BIM library items to assist design work

- Provide advice and coaching to junior CAD/BIM staff on CAD functions when requested

- Follow QA, document control, archiving, and CDM guidelines on all work

- Work with project team members on specified aspects of the project

- Ensure all relevant standards and guides are used in accordance with WSP in India QA processes

Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of experience

- Mandatory skills: Electrical Design, Electricals, AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, MEP, REVIT MEP
