## Description

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's clients, including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants.

As a Senior Manager in Technology Advisory, you will lead end-to-end client engagements across payments transformation, technology strategy and support seamless implementation delivery for Visa clients in Thailand.

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate relationships with Visa’s clients and partners, optimizing client performance and implementing recommendations in areas such as customer life cycle management and new product development.

- Have oversight, project management responsibility, and a deeper level of involvement in major long-term strategic payments technology engagements.

- Drive client conversations, execute and embed solutions within the client’s environment, and build content and engagement delivery.

- Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to clients, leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services.

- Develop propositions by closely working with Account Executives in managing the scope of work and project timelines.

- Work across advisory practices to execute engagements across the VCA verticals.

Projects you will be a part of:

- Working with an issuer client to define future-state payment technology architectures, develop actionable roadmaps and drive successful implementation of complex initiatives.

- Managing several engagements across SMT, working with clients’ teams to provide guidance and support.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail banking technology or financial services technology consulting.

- Experience in key issuer technology areas, such as credit card technology architecture design, system migration, technology implementation, and technology project management.

- Consulting experience preferred with payments technology, project management and/or process re-engineering credentials.

- In-market experience and/or knowledge of local culture and industry trends.

- An understanding of statistical analysis, modeling, scoring schemes, etc.

- Experience in and passion for the power of analytics & technology.
