## Description

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global transformation projects, improve how performance is measured, and help teams adopt new ways of working.

The Procurement Excellence Specialist will be responsible for various areas, including:

- Procurement Governance and Policy: supporting the development and implementation of global procurement policies, standards, and guidelines

- Process Excellence: mapping and improving processes across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and purchasing

- Transformation and Change: leading selected workstreams from planning through implementation

- Digital and Data Enablement: translating procurement needs into requirements for systems, workflows, analytics, and reporting

- Performance and Continuous Improvement: helping measure process performance, policy compliance, and adoption

The ideal candidate will have:

- 4-6 years of experience in procurement excellence, process improvement, governance, transformation, or consulting

- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

- Fluent business English; German, experience with procurement systems, or a relevant certification is an advantage

- Strong analytical and communication skills, including process analysis, KPI development, and stakeholder facilitation

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,760.00 gross per month, although the attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
