## Description

The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator's primary role is managing the Open Purchase Order and Cost Management.

You will support an average of ~400 unique Purchase Requests per month and play a critical role in supporting procurement operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing purchase requisitions

- Coordinating with suppliers

- Tracking orders

- Creating and maintaining new items

- Supporting warehouse operations when needed

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in a relevant specialisation

- 1-2 years of related experience in procurement or purchasing

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Ability to work in a cold-room environment occasionally

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized

- Understanding of import/export regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

- Effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
