## Description

The Technical Supervisor will lead the team to meet technical development objectives, providing supervision, technical support, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide supervision, training, and technical support to the team.

- Handle a reduced caseload.

- Ensure compliance with benchmarks set by Keoghs and clients.

- Identify and implement learning activities for team members.

- Ensure effective communication with the team.

- Assist with reviewing client complaints.

- Complete projects and process updates.

- Ensure compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct 2019.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- Experience in handling disease claims (Essential).

- Technical sign-off on litigated NIHL matters (Essential).

- Proficient in all stages of the litigation process of disease claims (Essential).

- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.

- Prior experience of leading a project or team in the insurance/legal sector (Desirable).

- Proficient in MS Office and experience of using a Case/Claims Management system.
