## Description

We are seeking a Materials Assistant to join the team at Chiltern Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. This bank role involves supporting the Materials department on an as-needed basis, ensuring the smooth operation of materials management.

The successful candidate will be an active member of the Materials Department, providing a high-quality materials management service to internal customers. Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring stock availability through accurate ordering and replenishment

- Maintaining departmental paperwork and files

- Complying with mandatory training requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

- GCSE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent

- Proficiency in using PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel

- Ability to work independently

- Customer service skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
