## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Encompass Health in Manati, Puerto Rico.

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, professional, and federal regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

- Effective communication with patients, families, caregivers, and departmental and interdepartmental contacts

- Competency in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment

- Task delegation and supervision of physical therapist assistants and technicians

- Creating an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment

This is a PRN/Pool/As Needed position, working days, evenings, and nights.
