## Description

As a Change Manager, you will lead a team of around 30 production staff in the Personal Protective Equipment area.

Your role will involve managing the team, organizing work, and making operational decisions. You will have a real impact on the organization of work, production planning, quality, safety, and improving daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the production team, organize work, and coordinate tasks

- Support operators and leaders in daily production tasks

- Monitor production planning, quality, efficiency, and safety

- React to current production challenges and coordinate corrective actions

- Ensure standards of work, quality, health and safety, and corporate requirements are met

- Maintain basic documentation related to work organization and team working time

- Engage the team in improvement activities and Lean initiatives

- Collaborate with supporting departments, including quality, health and safety, maintenance, and HR

Requirements:

- Experience in a production environment, preferably as a team leader or shift manager

- Ability to organize work and coordinate tasks

- Knowledge of production processes and work standards

- Decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and leadership skills

- Focus on teamwork, problem-solving, and team development

- Knowledge of quality, health and safety, and production standards

- Familiarity with Lean tools in production
