## Description

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer I to support the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. As part of our A/B testing team within the Marketing department, you will design user experiences and interfaces that increase visitor engagement, conversion, or order size.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct UX research, including user surveys and usability testing, to gather design insights.

- Collaborate with Web Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to prioritize tests and variants to be designed for testing.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and final UI assets that adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.

- Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design alignment with functionality and aesthetics.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and test results.

- Support the global brand through consistent UI and componentized design.

- Participate in design reviews, presenting work and incorporating constructive feedback.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.

- Basic understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

- Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate with team members.

- A portfolio showcasing UI design projects, internships, or coursework demonstrating design capability.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of professional or internship experience in UX/UI design.
