## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Software Director for the Switch Nvlink and Infinband SW Group to join the NVIDIA switch verification team. You will work closely with HW, FW, and verification teams to take the product to the next level and gain a deep understanding of NVIDIA's products and technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

- Be responsible for the verification and quality of features in switch OS, switch BMC, and BSP Code

- Define, develop, and design processes, and manage teams of junior and experienced SW engineers

- Work with a continuous integration system, regression tools, and AI development systems

- Collaborate with the testing team, support team, and customers on NVIDIA IB and Nvlink switch products

- Innovate and bring NVIDIA's Switching products to shine in customer's view

**Requirements:**

- B.Sc. in SW / Computer / Electrical / Communication Engineering, or equivalent experience

- 15+ years of overall experience

- 7+ years of experience in managing medium teams (20 to 30 people) as a second-level manager or above

- Hands-on experience in Python development

- Knowledge in Software / BSP verification

- Creative, motivated, and value-driven person

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with appliance systems, both in HW/SW

- Background with Networking applications and protocols

- Experience in verification and automation development

- Experience in leading SW development teams

- Ability to be hands-on and teach others on how to develop embedded SW
