## Description

We are seeking an Associate Director - Structures & Civil Engineering to join our team in Sydney. As part of our Building Structures group, you will work on iconic projects and collaborate with a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering consultancy in Australia, with at least 12 years of experience in the commercial property and buildings market. You will be expected to provide technical leadership, manage projects, and develop client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work

- Leading projects across design, delivery, and tender phases

- Supporting the wider team and other teams within the company nationally

- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Providing ongoing continuous improvement and development inputs

- Handling ongoing communication and professional relationships with local clients
