## Description

We are seeking a Commis de cuisine to join our team at the 4-star Mercure Dijon Centre Clemenceau hotel in Dijon, France.

The successful candidate will work in our kitchen team, preparing and serving dishes in our restaurant and for events.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and mise en place

- Participate in food preparation, plating, and dispatch

- Contribute to catering events: cocktails, buffets, banquets, seminars, weddings, and private or professional events

- Follow technical sheets and quality standards

- Ensure hygiene and food safety norms (HACCP) are respected

- Maintain your workstation and kitchen equipment

- Participate in receiving, controlling, and storing goods

- Collaborate with the kitchen team in a spirit of mutual aid and conviviality

Requirements:

- Passion for cooking and desire to learn

- Dynamic and rigorous

- Organized and reactive

- Curious and involved

- Respectful of hygiene rules

- Team player with a good sense of humour

- Motivated to evolve in both restaurant and event services
