## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old

- Ability to work early mornings, Sundays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

Working Hours:

- Sunday 06:00 - 10:00

- Tuesday 05:00 - 09:00

- Friday 05:00 - 09:00

- Saturday 05:00 - 09:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
