## Description

We are seeking a Packaging Section Manager to lead our packaging team in Japan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Evaluating business needs and setting strategies to meet them, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations

- Continuously improving culture, technology, organization, equipment, and work methods to achieve strategic goals

- Managing resources, including personnel allocation, talent development, and capacity building

- Overseeing production processes and ensuring quality and safety standards are met

- Managing capital and expenses within the department

- Guiding and developing team members and successors

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing management

- Knowledge of manufacturing management, labor management, pharmaceutical laws and regulations, and GMP/QMS regulations

- Business English skills

- Valid work permit in Japan

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in managing teams as a manager

- Experience in tablet packaging factory

- Leadership and management skills
