## Description

SpaceXAI is seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager – Global Brands APAC to own the agency system and commercial architecture for Global Brands across APAC.

The successful candidate will operate independently, setting their own priorities and being accountable for agency-sourced revenue influence and partnership quality.

Responsibilities:

- Build and run the agency development plan for Global Brands across APAC

- Develop strategic relationships with agencies, structuring commercial deals and navigating complex agency structures

- Act as a primary trusted advisor to priority agencies, educating them on X products and services

- Partner with Client Partners and market teams to convert agency relationships into live campaigns

- Identify whitespace opportunities and create paths to revenue

- Represent X at agency town halls, leadership forums, and industry events

- Track partnership health and commercial performance

Basic Qualifications:

- 10–12+ years in media sales, agency development, or senior agency-side commercial/client leadership

- Existing network of agency relationships in APAC

- Proven experience structuring commercial deals and working through layered agency decision-making

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- Deep understanding of how media, creative, social, and performance agencies plan and buy in APAC

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Thai or Hindi language skills

- Experience working within a holding-company network or major independent agency

- Direct experience standing up or resetting an agency partnership in a market where the platform was under-indexed
