## Description

As a Team Leader at Asda Living Dartford, you'll lead the day-to-day running of your department, supporting colleagues and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead by example, demonstrating customer focus, supportive behaviour, organisational skills, a positive attitude, and reliability.

- Manage stock, support new starters, and solve problems on the shop floor.

- Collaborate with your manager to maintain high standards and motivate your team.

**Requirements:**

- Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

- Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.

- Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
