## Description

Join Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, as a Sales Professional. You will promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals

- Pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services

- Promoting and establishing education of the company's products and/or services

- Conducting market research including customers and competitors' activities

- Implementing market development plans/strategies and changes as needed

- Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing

As a Sales Professional at Medtronic, you will have autonomy to manage large accounts involving multiple team members, secure and maintain product distributions and/or services, and maintain effective agreements. You will work independently with limited supervision and build a network of relationships.
