## Description

As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead an engineering team, contributing to the design and development of innovative products. You will work with cross-functional partners and team members to shape the direction of these products and drive business metrics improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with product and engineering teams to drive improvements in business metrics and build new features.

- Designing and implementing new product areas and features, breaking down complex problems into elegant solutions.

- Guiding your team through ambiguity, ensuring technical excellence through rapid experimentation cycles.

- Recruiting other great engineers for the team and supporting recruiting efforts.

- Mentoring and coaching engineers on your team, helping them advance their careers.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years of experience leading teams as a manager. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, have a strong track record of delivering high-quality output on critical infrastructure projects, and be a creative, tenacious problem solver.
